Matt and Bobby set up a small workshop in their garage, equipping it with the necessary tools and machinery to handle each project. Through their dedication to quality workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction, On Point Drilling and Trenching quickly gained a reputation for their reliable and efficient services.

MATT MOMMSEN

Matt Mommsen is President of On Point Drilling and Trenching with over 18 years of experience in drilling and trenching alone. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and technical skills to our business with an extensive background in construction spanning over 25 years. His commitment to professional growth and safety is evident through his certifications in OSHA 30 and OSHA Confined Space Certification, showcasing his dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety for his team and clients. When not working, Matt cherishes his time spent with his two daughters and being out on the lake.

BOBBY MOMMSEN

Bobby Mommsen is the Vice President of On Point Drilling and Trenching, known for his chipper demeanor and the presence of his ever-loyal companion, Bug. With six years of experience in drilling and trenching and 18 years of experience in business management and ownership, Bobby's entrepreneurial skills have contributed significantly to the success and growth of our business. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, who finds solace in nature. He also gives back to the surrounding community by leading Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at various locations and prisons.

Construction Manager

JOHNNY CLAYTON

Johnny Clayton has over 30 years of experience in construction management. He has successfully overseen and executed numerous construction projects, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and organizational abilities. Johnny is committed to maintaining the highest safety standards and holds various certifications from OSHA. He is a United States Army Veteran and also actively contributes to his community through volunteer work with the Brookland Fire Department. He also enjoys indulging in hunting and fishing during his leisure time.
